My Muse
I’d
like
to
write
about
energy
this
month.
It’s
such
a
basic
thing
that
we
can
take
it
for
granted.
Your
personal
energy
is
what
allows
you
to
perform.
Just
like
a
car,
the
more
petrol
(gas)
you
put
into
it,
the
further
it
can
go,
the
more
energy
you
have
the
further
you
can
go.
I’m
sure
you
know
some
really
energetic
people
who
seem
to
get
loads
done,
and
others
who
seem
to
be
dragging
the
world
around
on
their
shoulders
and
perform
at a
mediocre
level.
What
about
you?
How
are
your
energy
levels?
Most
people
I
know
want
to
increase
their
energy
levels.
I
used
to
live
my
life
based
on
the
idea
that
‘knackered’
was
a
good
thing.
As
soon
as I
had
any
energy
I
would
expend
it
until
I
returned
to
‘knackered’
when
I
would
stop
because
I
had
no
more
(or
so I
thought).
Studying
Tai
Chi
taught
me
that
one
can
fill
one’s
personal
energy
store
to
full
and
leave
it
there.
So
when
I
expended
some
energy
I
still
had
plenty
more
on
tap.
I
now
go
from
full
to
half
full,
rather
than
half
full
to
completely
drained.
It’s
a
far
healthier
way
to
live.
I
have
written
a
Tip
Sheet
for
increasing
your
personal
energy.
If
you
would
like
a
copy,
email
me
back
and
I’ll
send
it
to
you.
Then
you
can
start
to
increase
your
personal
energy,
because
with
more
energy,
properly
focused,
you
can
achieve
results
that
would
amaze
you.
A
Resource
Do
you
know
anybody
who
has
suffered
a
relationship
breakdown
recently?
A
friend
of
mine
told
me
about
a
course
to
support
people
who
have
gone
through
this,
which
she
found
to
be
most
helpful.
If
you
would
like
more
details,
reply
to
this
and
I’ll
pass
on
my
friend’s
details
to
you.
My
News
The
pilot
running
of
Playing
Big
took
place
on
January
20th
and
it
went
even
better
than
I
hoped.
I am
very
grateful
to
those
who
were
brave
enough
to
try
an
untested
programme
and
gave
it
such
enthusiastic
participation.
The
Outlook
Training
Organisation
has
decided
to
take
the
course
on
board
and
we
are
running
a
second
one

March
24,
under
the
new
name
of:
The
Happiness
Formula.
